The Operations Manager will lead a team of 35 FTEs in food, housekeeping, activities and 24 hour concierge services performing tasks such as training, coaching and administrative duties for employees and customers of Martha’s House. Maintains production records and ensures audit compliance. Assists where required. Participates in catering and special events as required. Ability to work under no supervision and accomplish tasks in a fast paced environment following departmental guidelines.
Minimum 2 year College Diploma with a Management, Hotel/Restaurant or Dietetic specialty, or 5 years related experiance.
Provincial or other vocational or professional certification or degree:
Previous Experience Required:
5 years experience in Management in a Healthcare, Hotel or Restaurant facility.
