    Job Description:
    As a Hotel Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a significant portion of the hotel's food & beverage outlets - a lounge, as well as a fine dining restaurant. Additionally, you will be assisting the Hotel Food & Beverage Director in establishing and maintaining systems and procedures, as they relate to F & B operations at the property.
    Duties of this position include:
    • Day to day superision of the operations of the outlet.
    • Evenings shifts for five days a week.
    • Oversee training and development of staff.
    • Work on exceptional customer service.
    • Work closely with Executive Chef, and Hotel Chef.
    • Ensure bar is stocked and fresh, always ready for service needs throughout your shift
    • Ensure, lighting, music, room temp, fire place are at the correct levels, creating a warm inviting atmosphere for our guests.
    • Monitor staff levels and when required adjust staff levels to reflect business volume in the outlet.
    • Ensure all cash handling is done correctly as per Aramark standards.
    • Do cash audits as needed.
    • Inform management of any items not working correctly.
    • Do daily stand up meetings with all FOH and BOH staff.
    • Follow all safety protocols and reporting.
    • Ensure cleaning is up to standards.
    • Ensure day force is up dated daily.
    • Ensure corrective actions are done and documented on staff noncompliance issues.
    • Build strong relations with clients and guests.
    • Ensure the requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met
    • Oversee labor scheduling, staffing and employee training.
    • Conduct inventory and records management audits to comply with Aramark, government and accrediting agency standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Ideal candidates possess:

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management including:
      • Casual and fine dining with managed volume over $3M annually.
      • Inventory management, scheduling and motivating staff is essential.
      • Meeting set expectations on delivering a 4 star dining experience.
    • Candidates must live on the mountain.
