    The Culinary Analyst is responsible for the accelerated development of Aramark's significant culinary initiatives that generate revenue and create demand and contribute to Business Unit growth and operational excellence. This position works within the Marketing, Development & Culinary team (Culinary, Health and Wellness) and collaboratively works with a broad range of other business and support personnel.


    Culinary Analyst Responsibilities:

    • Entering recipes into PRIMA, Aramark’s proprietary food management system.
    • Ensure correct and accurate ingredient linkage within recipes.
    • Assist with generating the Manufacturer Ingredient (MI) input into PRIMA.
    • Entry and tracking of departmental invoices.
    • Assist with PRIMA report generation and maintaining the database and recipe rationalization.
    • Manage tracking of recipe development and project process.
    • Assist with the creation of specific training tools as identified per project to include but not limited to:  Build Diagram, operational flow diagrams and Key ingredient List.
    • Close Collaboration with the Culinary Development team to ensure finalized recipes reflect the desired outcome.
    • Close collaboration with Supply Chain Management Distribution on the broad availability of specified products to the field locations.
    • Interfaces with other Marketing team members


    • Effective Project management- project to remain on budget and on time.
    • It is essential to have excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Leveraging strategic, third-party relationships, i.e. manufacturers, consultants and institutions; working with identified field resources as a part of the development process.


    • Bachelor’s Degree required, Nutrition or Culinary Arts degree preferred.
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Food Production Management systems, recipe database software
    • Requires a passion for food.
    • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
    • Requires strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
    • Requires strong attention to detail and ability to envision the implementation tools needed to successfully utilize a concept or brand at the unit level.
    • Has the perseverance and the ability to drive complicated projects to a successful conclusion.
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change.
    • Thrives on functioning independently with a minimum of supervision, and also in a team environment.
    • Draws on diverse resources to make high quality decisions.
    • Has the ability to motivate and influence others who have no direct reporting relationship.
