The Executive Chef will be responsible for providing leadership in the administration and the management of a consistently high quality food service program at Mount Allison University in Sackville, NB.
You will be responsible fore planning and executing the delivery of food services throughout the location. Your focus will be on quality food production, menu design and food and labour cost management.
