    Provide financial and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts receivable, National Accounts.  National Accounts are an average of $2.5MM and constitutes 45.0% of total AR.

    • Play a critical role in ensuring sales are translated into cash on a timely basis including invoicing, collections, payment applications, and identification and resolution of deviations. This includes conducting customer and account audits to ensure contract compliance with pricing stipulations and process controls.
    • Oversee and maintain accuracy of periodic service billings and generation of special customer billing requests.
    • Define and execute resolution of issues and escalations while displaying a strong problem solving methodology where applicable.
    • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight and clear communication to the key stakeholders of National Accounts (including National Account Managers, customers, AR Team Lead and Finance Manager). Develop and demonstrate continuous improvement for strategy, best practices, and ideas for improving the efficiency and performance of our National Accounts and systems.
    • Thorough account reconciliations and control over National Accounts including monthly billing, third party billings and treasury maintenance and cash applications as well as account analytics ensuring complete adherence to company and accounting policies.
    • Month end processes including; customer account analysis, sales discount accruals and entries including Transfer Journal Entries (reclass and intercompany).





    • Finance / Accounting degree, or equivalent with AR experience
    • Familiarity with AR concepts including aging reports, bad debts, days-sales-outstanding (DSO) and audit confirmations.
    • Conceptual understanding of the revenue process including: timing of revenue entries, sales posting concepts and utilization of various B2B systems.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word). Knowledge of salesforce.com is an asset.
