    Responsibilities include:

    • Planning, directing, and organizing the accurate and timely reporting of financial information
    • Supervising personnel in the areas of inventory transactions, business processes, product procurement, accounts payable and overall financial accounting
    • Managing, analyzing and verifying daily transactional reporting; determining explanations, root causes and sustainable solutions to variances and discrepancies
    • Working with senior leadership to ensure:
      • Compliance with standard operating procedures, administrative and business policies
      • Compliance with company safety policies and best practices
    • Leading monthly reporting calls and presenting detailed analysis of budget/operating statement variances
    • Supporting and collaborating with front line managers to resolve process executional issues
    • Conducting routine audits of business compliance processes and inventory transactions
    • Providing regular direct interaction with client, customers and the Aramark data analytics team

     

    Manages a successful and supportive team of administrative professionals by:

    • Managing accurate warehouse inventory systems
    • Coaching and developing a strong staff that supports transactional requirements
    • Driving employee engagement and conducting annual performance reviews for direct reports
    • Sourcing and recruiting for all open administrative positions
    • Developing a strong pipeline of candidates to fill any anticipated vacancies

     

    Warehouse Inventory Management:

    • Directing all levels of management and employees to:
      • Achieve accurate month-end inventory verification results
      • Completion of required inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate QOH
    • Ensuring compliance and accuracy of all warehouse inventory management system (WIMS) transactions
    • Providing oversight of purchasing, receiving, product recalls, QC, distribution and data entry processes

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related field 
    • Six Sigma training / certification or PMP certification would be considered an asset
    • Bilingual win French would be an asset 
    • 4 plus years of supply chain, warehouse operations and logistics experience leading and managing an operational team ideally in a food service industry
    • Key experience in the following categories: customer service leadership, foodservice operations, performance management, training and development of front line personnel
    • Excellent leadership skills, ability to manage and lead teams successfully, building a positive & productive work environment, treating employees fairly while motivating and training to ensure employee morale is high
    • Experience with the warehouse mgmt. systems, easily able to pick up new software and systems and be able to train through experience
    • Strong analytical skills with quality and data driven approach in leading key business decisions to ensure profitability, continuous improvement along with quality product / service
    • Client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, accuracy-driven and proficient computer skills are critical to the success of this role.
    • The ability to work efficiently and independently is important, manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm work and positive environment
    • Must have experience with inventory control procedures and experience handling perishable products.
    • Industry background to include vending, food service, logistics, distribution and retail. 
    • Must be able to work various shifts.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles.
