Aramark Canada's Talent Acquisition team is hiring for a Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Associate. This role is focused on sourcing, interviewing and building pipeline of talent across 2 main pillars: Culinary and Operations.

This position is a contract opportunity of 4 months and will be based out of the Aramark Headoffice at 811 Islington Avenue.

• You have proven recruitment experience:  strong attention to detail, ability to understand the business requirements and translate fluently in a search. An excellent sense of accuracy combined with outstanding customer service skills.
• You are known for your well-developed time management skills and your ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Your strong sense of urgency and flexibility to work in an ambiguous and fast paced / changing environment makes you the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Aramark Hiring Managers across the country and drive "top talent" to the organization
• Being a custodian of your jobs in the applicant tracking system
• Creating customized “marketable” job descriptions to ensure we are attracting top talent, researching and posting on relevant job boards while ensuring compliance with Aramark recruitment practices
• Supporting various lines of business while owning the full-cycle recruitment process of professional talent by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet Aramark’s hiring requirements
• As a talent advisor you will support hiring managers in their decision making process
• Supporting the Talent team for recruitment related actives related to University hiring

Qualifications:

• University degree in business or related experience
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment: managing full life-cycle in talent acquisition in a high-energy environment
• Bilingual in English and French would be considered an asset 
• Proficient at Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment projects, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within aggressive deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to respectfully and tactfully interact with a variety external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and partake in projects related to talent acquisition
