    Aramark is looking for Admin Supervisors for a GTA Hospital, major responsibilities as follows: 



    • Obtain patients’ meal selections and food preferences on a daily basis
    • Enter patients’ menu selections into the Diet Office software system
    • Process and enter patients’ food preferences
    • Process diet changes, print late trays as requested
    • Create and run reports from diet office system to facilitate trayline functions (tallies, missed meal reports, etc)    
    • Manage and direct food related complaints/concerns to appropriate staff


    • Graduate of Food & Nutrition program preferred 
    • Knowledge of balanced meals and therapeutic, special and/or texture modified diets
    • Nutrition/diet related experience an asset
    • Previous experience in a hospital or Long Term Care facility an asset
    • Experience using diet office computerized system required, experience with Computrition preferred. Must know how to enter both system information related to diet compliancies (i.e.- code menu items to diets) as well as patient-based information
    • Proficient in Excel/Word
    • Require typing speed of 50 w.p.m.
    • Professional telephone manner
    • Professional interpersonal skills, demonstrated Patient Focused Care Philosophy
    • Ability to write and read English
    • Ability to work as a team
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
