Reporting to the Residence Dining Manager and working in conjunction with the Executive Chef on a daily basis, the Assistant Residence Manager will assist the Manager with daily Food Service operations in the residence dining hall at Memorial University. This will include supervision of staff, and helping to plan, organize and direct all aspects of the Food Service operations on a day-to-day basis within a corporate environment.
