    Marketing Coordinator – Healthcare

    This position will assist in development and implementation of marketing plans and programs for Healthcare accounts. The Marketing Coordinator helps to support all critical business initiatives including sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, quality image, improved margins and market share for that account.

      

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the development of strategies to ensure managers have access to customized templates to create consistent campus-wide signage and ensure they have appropriate menu signage in place  each day
    • Responsible for measuring the results of the marketing programs and gaining customer feedback
    • Interact and build strong relationships with all levels  of clients and customers, as well as, internal Aramark teams to accomplish goals and objectives
    • Supporting a strong social media presence amongst the community
    • Collaborate with the accounts Marketing & Communications department to support account  promotions
    • Work with various levels of management within Aramark
    • Influence in complex decision-making processes, as  appropriately, pertaining to the marketing function
    • Accountable for achieving financial results through teams' efforts

     

    Qualifications

    • University or College Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum 1-3 years experience in service industry preferably in food service or hospitality management
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management
    • Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles in brand management, retail, and online channels
    • Ability to think creatively and be innovative
    • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
    • Skills using technology and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and website management
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
    • Deadline driven and enjoys the creative process
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Photography and editing skills are an asset
    • Proven working experience in social media marketing
    • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Superior customer service orientation
    • Experience using Google Analytics and Salesforce
