    The Executive Chef will be responsible for providing leadership in the administration and the management of a consistently high quality food service. 

    Supervise and co-ordinate the day-to-day operation, maintaining high standards of food and service, in line with Client and ARAMARK requirements. Complies with ARAMARK policies and procedures.

    Support All Bethany locations with management and development of key activities - expectation that these duties will be part of a one day a week commitment

    • Chef training and hosting of monthly chefs call
    • Roll out of quarterly menus
    • Development of events for all Bethany locations
    • Auditing of services
    • Food safety training
    • Catering events and functions
    • Develop catering program for all Bethany locations
    • Attend family and resident council meetings
    • Cover if and when required for management team


    • Three and plus years management experience in a fast paced food service operation
    • Red Seal or Chef paper required
    • background and high level security required
    • strong communication & supervisory skills
    • good knowledge of company policies & procedures
    • good knowledge of Corporate marketing & promotional programs
    • good computer knowledge (MS WORD and Excel)
    • experience in menu costing, menu planning and food preparation
    • ServSafe training an asset
    • Health & Safety Certification an asset
    • demonstrates strong financial/analytical abilities
