    Aramark Refreshments is hiring an Accounts Receivable, Team Lead. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the AR Team Lead will manage 5 employees and provide financial and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts receivable.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Play a critical role in ensuring sales are translated into cash on a timely basis including invoicing, collections, payment applications, and identification and resolution of deviations.
    • Oversee and maintain accuracy of periodic service billings and generation of special customer billing requests.
    • Define and execute resolution of issues and escalations while displaying a strong problem solving methodology where applicable.
    • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight and clear communication to the team on strategy, best practices, and ideas for improving the efficiency and performance of our systems.
    • Additional responsibilities as requested


    • 2+ years' experience in an AR lead / supervisory capacity
    • Finance / Accounting degree, or equivalent with AR lead experience
    • Familiarity with AR concepts including aging reports, bad debts, days-sales-outstanding (DSO) and audit confirmations
    • Conceptual understanding of the revenue process including: timing of revenue entries, sales posting concepts and utilization of various B2B systems
    • Interpersonal, team and partnering skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Able to work unsupervised
    • Able to gain respect of members of department/operations
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)
    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is an asset
