Reporting to the Food Servcie Manager and working in conjunction with the Executive Chef on a daily basis, the Supervisor will assist the Manager with daily operations in the residence dining hall at Memorial University. This will include supervision of staff, and helping to plan, organize and direct all aspects of the Food Service operations on a day-to-day basis within a corporate environment.
