The Operations Business Partners are generalists: supporting food, labour costs with the field operations teams. Responsible for QA, training and coaching on Operations tools like Labour Scheduling Tool, Kronos (Time and Attendance tool), Prima Web (proprietary system for recipe creation), Food management and facility management.
They are the first line of contact regionally for the field operations teams and partner closely with the OpEx Business Process Managers and Support Directors to drive efficiency through cost and productivity.
This Operations Business Partner role supports the Eastern Canada region and reports to the VP Operations Excellence while having a significant dotted line to the Regional Vice President Canada East.
The position requires a strong bilingual business partner with fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
