The Regional Food Services Director is responsible for directing, planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the Nutrition and Food Service Department to ensure that the nutritional needs of each resident are met, including special ethno-cultural requirements, within established budget and existing legislative parameters. There is daily interaction with other department heads and department employees, residents, families and contractors. The Regional Food Service Director will participate in and conduct a variety of managerial activities and duties to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Home and to achieve and maintain a level of high quality resident care.
